For the shirt size chart:
1-Measure your chest: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Take note of the measurement in inches.
2-Measure your waist: Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist. Take note of the measurement in inches.
3-Measure the length: Measure from the base of your neck to the bottom hem of the shirt. Take note of the measurement in inches.
Once you have your measurements, find the corresponding size on the shirt size chart. Typically, the size chart will have columns for chest, waist, and length, and rows for different sizes (e.g. small, medium, large). Locate the row that matches your measurements and read across to find the corresponding size.
For the trouser size chart:
