Q: “What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?”
Please note the shipping policy adapted by decuirshop.com
– Shipping available all over Pakistan.
– Free Standard shipping for all orders, with no minimum order amount capping.
– Pkr. 350 is charged by our respected courier services in case of size change or color change of that particular article.
– The Decuir also has Premium Shipping available for your convenience.
– To curtail fraudulent, all orders are shipped on COD/Bank Transfer payment method.
– We amend our policies time to time, please stay updated with us.
In case the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.
Q: “Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?”
Currently, Decuir accepts payments via COD, Bank transfer, Credit and Debit Cards Only.
Q: “ How long will delivery take?”
Last Order Processing Before 21:00, we are not operational on Sundays.

Q: “How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?”
Your data will be handled confidentially. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
Q: “What exactly happens after ordering?”
Pending: When we receive a new order in our system the default status is ‘Pending”.
Phone verification: Next, our representative will call for order confirmation. Then we will prepare your order for shipping and ships it.
Order Shipped: When the order shipped by the courier but not yet received by the buyer. The status of such orders changed to Order Shipped which can be tracked by the shipping number provided.
Order Complete: When the customer receives the order its status gets changed to order collected.
Order Cancelled: When the order is canceled. All customers will be notified whenever the order status gets updated. In case of cancellation, customers will get an alert on their email provided.
Q: “Do I receive an invoice for my order?”
Yes. You will receive your invoice via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.
Q: “What if I received the wrong or damaged order?”
